Had a really nice stay by one night, glad I've chosen it. The location was fab, near the two bars as well as downtown. Everything was excellent, including super and delicious breakfast for tea like warm.

You can get out of the hotel Skiing and come back home skiing as well ! Very comfortable. In the last day you can make check out and after skiing, the hotel offers you the Spa to take a bath/Change. They have a Mini-Bus to take the customers to Pradollano Centre which is very convenient (you do not have to move the car)

We got a Mountain view room (no viwe at all !), which was not mentioned in the reservation.

Even though I had booked for 3 nights, they let me stay only 1 because the weather & the forecast was bad for skiing. They allowed me to change the other 2 nights to early April.

Our 3 bedded room had only been prepared for 2 people

The queen room was outstanding and romantic. the breakfast was rich with fresh products, desserts, and tea. - the staff was attentive and really caring. - the hotel is in a perfect location, close to the Spanish mountains and Granada.

the service during our stay was excellent - everything we needed was there and anything extra the staff were only too happy to oblige! the location for the pistes was brilliant as was the ski locker and the room was very large and comfortable even with our 18mth old daughter running around!

the only thing I can say was wrong with this hotel is that a childs play area was non existent despite being listed in the facilities as having a playground.

Adequate bufet, good food but at times lack of refill.

The hotel manager was very rude, insulting the staff in front of the customers. The room we were in had a nasty smell coming from the bathroom, which they tried to cover with large doses of air freshener. Breakfast was below average (nowhere near 5* quality) The location; once the ski lift was closed the shuttle service could take up to 40 mins to the pick you up.

Good location with views from our room to the local ski runs. Good courtesy bus service to town centre. Chair lift to town and with direct connection to ski lifts.

The quality of our bathroom was very disappointing - small, drab and tired. Vincci Selección Rumaykiyya is 5 star rated and we would have expected something much better.

The accommodation at Vincci Seleccion Rumaykiyya is well-appointed and has an absolutely perfect setting. the hotel is located close to other amenities like restaurants, spas, and bars, as well as the slopes which are only 1.5 hours away from the airport. the food in the restaurant is outstanding, with a rich breakfast offering fresh products and delicious desserts. the staff are competent and service-oriented, providing great hospitality during your stay.

This place is super clean and fancy, with amazing views of the village and slopes. the staff is really on the ball. I'm so happy I went for the queen room - it was so romantic and just perfect for our stay! 🌟

Situation, friendly staff, comfort of room

Very noisy due to tiled floors. Difficulty in sleeping because of noise above in room and corridors. Very inconsiderate guests.

The hotel is clearly the prettiest in the area. The shuttle service was very good.

Parking! I was told there was parking outside the hotel. I managed to find a space about 80m from the entrance to the hotel. However this was not parking for the hotel and my car was towed away and I was given a very large fine. This should be made clear by reception.
